At Coach Hire Plus, we do everything we possibly can to keep our guests and clients happy. We uphold a first class coach hire service but there’s no doubt passengers will have questions about booking one of our coaches.

Why should I choose Coach Hire Plus?

Aside from the fact we have excellent vehicle specification, are DVLA approved and have 24 hour support; you can also instantly book your coaches online and pay at your convenience. How far in advance do I need to book my coach?

We suggest booking your vehicle at least 48 hours before your journey so we can finalise details before the day of collection. If you have any worries or concerns, please contact a member of our team who will be able to help you with your query.

Am I able to hire more than one coach at a time?

Yes, this is no problem. We can arrange any number of coaches from one to several locations to your desired destination. Just notify us in your booking how many people you are likely to be travelling with.

What facilities are on board?

The majority of our coaches feature onboard an toilet/washroom, luxurious seats and air conditioning. Facilities available on the 16 seater minibuses include luxury leather reclining seats and air conditioning. Standard coaches have up to 53 reclining seats with air jet ventilation, curtains or blinds, PA system, reading lights, Courier seat, air suspension, seat belts and air conditioning on request. Executive coach facilities include full air conditioning, W.C. washroom, drinks facilities, curtains or blinds, individual reading lights. Courier seat, double glazing, reclining seats, air suspension – hot and cold drinks are available on request. Optional facilities available include DVD, refrigerator, tables, and wheelchair space.

What if one of our members has a disability or special requirements?

Many of our vehicles offer wheelchair access, restraints and facilities for those with special requirements. All we ask is that you let us know as much information as possible about their disability or requirements at the time of booking and we can make the necessary arrangements beforehand.

Do you allow pets on the coach?

Regrettably, no. For the comfort of other passengers we are unable to allow animals and pets on our coaches, except guide dogs for the blind. We advise passengers to notify us should when booking.

Am I able to hire just one single coach?

Yes, of course. You are able to hire one coach for anything from a group of school children, to a large group event. At Coach Hire Plus, no requirement is too big or too small.

Can we choose the size of our coach?

Let us know beforehand how many people it is required for and we can determine the best one for you. Depending on passenger numbers, we can transport between 8 – 72 people at any given time on a single coach or minibus.  

What information do you need from me?

Get an instant quote with us online or call us to arrange your transportation. We will need information on the dates you would like to travel, the destination if you have selected one, a pick up time and return date. We will also need to know your name, email address and mobile number if we need to contact you for any reason. A member of our team will always be on hand to guide you through the information required on the telephone or by email if you choose to do so.

How do I pay?

Upon finalising your information a credit/debit card payment is required when booking online. When booking by telephone, payment can also be made by debit/credit card. Alternatively, payment can be made on the coach by cash or cheque for which tickets will be provided. Please check with a member of staff beforehand.

How does coach hire for international travel work?

International Travel Coach Hire requires all coach operators to have an international licence. This will be checked before making a booking with them. Cost will be structured by coach hire, ferry/tunnel transport and driver accommodation.
